New Residential Accommodation for September 2010

In September 2010, students will benefit from brand new residential accommodation at Pershore College.

There are two blocks of purpose-built apartments (97 bedrooms), offering students
comfortable accommodation. Students will live in apartments of no more than nine people.

• Each student will have their own private en-suite shower room (complete with shower, toilet & hand basin).
• Each room is furnished with a single bed,bedside chest, desk, chair, wardrobe & shelf.
• Broadband internet available to each room.
• Communal kitchen and living area in each 9 bedroom apartment.
• Dedicated laundry facility on site.
• Support from on site residential wardens.
• Good security including CCTV.
• Close to recreational and academic facilities including , Learning Resource Centre, dining room and Student Union Centre.

Cost:

Self Catering: £90 per week (including internet)
5 Days Half Board: (Mon - Fri) £132 per week (including Internet)
7 Days Half Board: (Mon - Fri including brunch Sat - Sun) £140 per week (including internet)

Deposit: £150

There are fully equipped rooms for students with disabilities, with lift accessibility.
