Part-time

Horticulture and Floristry.

This diverse subject area is taught at Moreton Morrell, which sits in Warwickshire’s stunning countryside, and also at Pershore College, which is situated on a 60 hectare site near Worcester and provides unrivalled resources for students.

Pershore College also works in partnership with Kings Heath Park in Birmingham and a number of courses are available at that site.

Facilities include a plant centre, gardens and conservation areas, together with a hard-landscape workshop and design studios. Crop production facilities include orchards and computer controlled glasshouses, plus nurseries, specialist plant units and plant science laboratories.

Both locations are proud of their winning traditions with regular RHS medals at Chelsea and wins at the Malvern Spring Gardening Show, the Royal Show, UK Skills and Gardeners World Live exhibition.

Course areas include chainsaw and tree control, floristry and flower arranging, gardening, horticulture and arboriculture and our RHS Partnership Programme.

Many students go on to develop successful businesses in commercial horticulture, forestry, greenkeeping and floristry.
