First Aid, Health & Safety, Food and Drink

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to enable First Aid to be given to employees if they are injured or become ill at work. We offer a wide range of First Aid courses including courses for First Aiders and Appointed Persons, as well as refresher courses to ensure knowledge stays up-to-date.

Our Food Safety courses are specifically designed to meet food industry training needs and can be tailored to suit individual business requirements. We can deliver courses either on College premises or in the workplace.

For those who are interested in Apple Juice processing, Cider Production or Fruit Orcharding, there are a number of courses available at Pershore College, which is a leading provider of professional development courses to the cider industry.  The College has a thriving fruit orchard and a medium scale fruit juice processing unit suitable for product development.
