Enjoy some of the best agricultural and countryside training facilities in the country at our Moreton Morrell Centre. Our fully commercial 345 hectare mixed farm unit and estates include a prize-winning dairy herd and dairy unit; a flock of pedigree sheep; a range of beef enterprises including a pedigree Simmental herd of suckler cattle; a pig unit and arable including forage crops and cereals.

The estate also has many areas of natural habitat including woodland, wetland and parkland, some of which are of conservation value including a species-rich hay meadow and ancient woodland.

Courses range from natural history, conservation and land management through to rural tourism and land based business. There’s also a wealth of rural craft tasters on subjects such as thatching, dry stone walling, blacksmithing and hedge-laying.
